How do I get into the gym out of staffed hours?

You can access any of our 280+ gyms, 24/7. To access a Jetts gym outside of staffed hours, simply swipe your access pass at the front door, this will unlock the door so you can enter the club. At early hours of the morning, the lights may be off if no one else is in the gym, don’t worry as soon as you swipe your access pass the lights and music will turn on. Tip: When accessing a different Jetts gym for the first time, just remember you need to swipe your access pass, wait 20 seconds and swipe again for door access. You only need to do this the first time you access a new gym. Important: You can’t access Jetts gyms outside of staffed hours without an access pass. If you forget your pass it’s important you don’t try and get one of the members inside to let you in. Not only does this pose a security risk, but it could also get the member into a lot of trouble. Can I use other gyms immediately after joining or is there a waiting period?

There is no waiting period, so you can use any Jetts gym immediately after joining and completing your orientation. When accessing a new Jetts gym for the first time, you will need to swipe, wait 20 seconds and swipe again for door access. Note: You only need to do this the first time you access a new gym. Each time after you will just need to swipe once.

Do I have to do an orientation?

Yes, during your orientation you will learn how to use the Jetts equipment and our safety procedures. Upon joining, your Club Manager will arrange a time with you to complete your Jetts Orientation, which takes about 45 minutes and will give you your new access pass upon completion.

Are casual or holiday passes available?

Yes, casual and holiday passes are available. Have a chat to your local Jetts Club Manager about which option will suit you best.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, you can put your membership on hold for a minimum of 7 days, and a maximum of 8 weeks over a 12 month term. If you want to put your membership on hold, have a chat to your Club Manager. You can find your gym’s staffed hours and contact details via our Find a Jetts page.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

We know life changes and at some point you may need to leave us. If you do need to cancel your membership, please put your request in writing (email is accepted) to the gym you signed up at. Alternatively you can cancel your membership in gym during staffed hours at the gym where you signed up.

How can I rejoin?

When you’re ready to come back to the Jetts family and continue working out on your terms with no lock in contracts, we’ve made it easy to reactivate your membership online in 4 simple steps. Make sure you hold onto your access pass and you’ll save on the reactivation! Alternatively, you can rejoin in the gym during staffed hours. Note: You can rejoin the same or a different gym to the one you were originally a member of.

Do I have to pay extra for classes?

Some Jetts gyms offer indoor or outdoor classes for free, while others run sessions at an additional cost. Have a chat to your local Jetts Club Manager to see what sessions are available at your gym. Do I need to book in with a Personal Trainer?

If you’re interested in personal training have a chat to your Club Manager. They will put you in touch with a personal trainer that best suits your needs.

How busy does it get?

Being a 24/7 access gym, our members have the freedom to workout on their terms whenever they want during the day or night! This means we don’t experience the same busy peak periods that other fitness clubs do, as the load is spread out over the day. That being said, there are still times that are busier than others, so if you want to avoid the crowds have a chat to your Club Manager and they’ll be able to help you figure out the best times to workout that suit your schedule.
