Monday HIIT (6pm)

TABATA Tuesday (6pm)

Get ready to ignite your fitness with our Tabata Tuesday Group Class! This fast-paced, high-intensity workout will push your limits and enhance your results in just 45 minutes. Tabata training consists of short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rest periods, making it not only effective but also efficient for burning calories and building endurance.
