Very friendly front desk staff, the aligned me with the right personal trainer, Jack, to help me achieve my goals. Jack listened to what I wanted to achieve and was ready to change of the exercises that I may not have been able to do.

Staff was polite, helpful. Everything seems to be clean, organised.

Great little gym. Always clean and tidy. Has plenty of free weights and cables. Most types of machines and cardio equipment. Bonnie and the team are super energetic, talented and helpful. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟would recommend!
