Our main purpose is to ensure all of our members get started in the right direction with a complimentary personal training session. We also offer constant monitoring and advice to ensure our members are achieving their personal goals ranging from health and fitness, to confidence boosting and stress relief.
We understand that everyone is different and shouldn't be treated as just another number. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed, comfortable and happier knowing that you are a part of a gym that will give an abundant amount of support to you when in need. You have so many great features to take advantage of including a low cost each week, 24 hour access, state of the art equipment, shower/toilets facilities & of course we can't forget our members benefits such as free wifi, free breakfasts and free classes.
We even take you all out once a month for a member activity! The last few activities were fun things such as indoor rock-climbing, kayaking through Brisbane city river, Ice skating & Bli Bli water park! It's a great way for us to get out of the gym & explore new things with you all :-)
