Monday - H.I.I.T
Start your week right with a 6am High Intensity Interval Training session!
Tuesday - Circuit Training
Love an evening workout? Let us do the thinking for you with a circuit to target upper, lower and abs! 6pm every Tuesday
Wednesday - H.I.I.T
Raise your metabolism and burn fat with this 6am HIIT workout - alternating between short periods of high intensity and varied recovery times.
Thursday - Strength & Conditioning
Book in 6pm Thursday for our S&C class which includes weight training, cardio, plyometrics, and core stability exercises.
Saturday - H.I.I.T
Get active on the weekends with our 7.10am HIIT session - 45 minutes and perfect for those members too busy to come during the week.
