Get your heart pumping with this 7-minute spin bike interval workout!
Set up the Spin bike so that it is comfortable and suits you. Make sure you are facing a clock with a second hand, or your phone on an interval timer.
The aim of this exercise is to help increase your fitness levels, help boost your metabolism and help increase your natural HGH levels to promote lean muscle growth.
Start by having a warming up on a low resistance (red knob turn all the way left).
Repeat x 7
With every sprint, increase the resistance by turning the red knob 180degrees (half-turn).
