Rest Up!

It’s important to remember that we all need time to recover and repair in order for our bodies to grow stronger. Overdoing it, or going too hard too fast, can have a negative effect on your body. If you’re still too sore from the previous day’s session, be sure to rest up and maybe substitute the workout with a cardio session. Remember to take each day at your own pace and if you’re ever feeling unsure, the Jetts team are always willing to help.
