Why So Serious?

Today's workout is a 20-minute treadmill burn.


 

Warm-up:

Get started with a 5-minute walk on the treadmill on speed 5.

Workout:

  • 5-7min: Speed 5.5 – Incline 2
  • 7-9min: Speed 6.5 – Incline 4
  • 9-10min: Speed 7.5 – Incline 5
  • 10-12min: Speed 5 – Incline 7
  • 12-14min: Speed 6 – Incline 10
  • 14-15min: Speed 5.5 – Incline 2
  • 15-16min: Speed 7.5 – Incline 6
  • 16-18min: Speed 6 – Incline 4
  • 18-20min: Speed 5.5 – Incline 2

Cool down with a 5-minute walk on speed 4 – incline 0. Make sure to stretch those legs out before you head home.
