Get that core firing with our 30 Day Plank Challenge!

How to perform the perfect plank:

  1. Begin in the plank position with your forearms and toes on the floor.  
  2. Keep your torso straight and rigid (Your body should form a straight line from ears to toes with no sagging or bending). 
  3. Hold for the recommended time. 

Tip: Keep your neck relaxed and eyes on the ground, concentration is the key to this one!
