"My journey to a healthy lifestyle began in 2012. I used to drink heavily and smoke a pack of cigarets a day. I was overweight, unhealthy and unfit. After over indulging one night, I decided enough was enough!
I started training with Rebekah from Jetts Shellharbour. She encouraged me to take part in a 12 week challenge. I started light and increased my exercise levels every 2 weeks. Our training consisted of weight training and cardio 5 days a week, which meant there were no more excuses! During the challenge, even if I couldn't make it to the gym, I would do whatever exercises I could.
Rebekah's training and enocuragement helped me to overcome my many injuries. She also showed me how to train properly, what to eat and when to eat. I dropped my body fat from 23.5% to under 12.5% in just 12 weeks. I'm continuing my health and fitness journey at Jetts Shellharbour and would like to say a massive thank you to my Personal Trainer Becky."
