Preparation time: 5 mins | Serves: 1
- 1 kiwi fruit
- ½ cucumber
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 handful of frozen grapes or berries
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2 tablespoons of natural greek yogurt
- A dash of almond milk
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth
