Preparation time: 5 mins | Serves: 2
2 scoop BSc Body for Women vanilla protein powder
330mL coconut water
1 banana, chopped
2 cups mixed berries
1 tbsp LSA mix
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Berries are a fantastic source of vitamin C and antioxidants, and make a great nutritional addition to smoothies.
LSA is a combination of ground linseeds, sesame seeds and almonds and is a fantastic addition for healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.
